Terms & Conditions
Effective from: 18 July 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Daylo mobile application ("Daylo", the "App") provided by Aronor ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Daylo you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Daylo. Daylo requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Daylo for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by reverse engineering it (except where permitted by law), interfering with its operation, or using it to break any law. Your content is your responsibility.
4. Purchases and ads
Daylo is free to use and supported by ads. Daylo offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove ads. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Except where required by law or Google Play policy, purchases are non-refundable. If you reinstall the App or use it on another device with the same Google account, eligible purchases can be restored.
5. Third-party services
Daylo uses third-party services, including Supabase and Google. Your use of features powered by these services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the tasks, notes and journal entries you create. Because this content is stored on your device by default, you are responsible for your own backups.
7. Disclaimer
Daylo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that reminders will always be delivered on time, as delivery depends on your device and operating system.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed reminders, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
You may stop using Daylo and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the App or if suspension is required by law. Where practicable, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India, unless your local law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms when the App, our services or applicable law changes. Every revised version will state its effective date. Changes apply from that effective date and do not affect rights or obligations that arose earlier. Where required by law, we will provide notice or request consent before the changes take effect. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using Daylo and request account deletion before their effective date.
