These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Daylo mobile application ("Daylo", the "App") provided by [Developer name] ("we", "us"). By using Daylo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to use Daylo. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Daylo for your own personal use, subject to these Terms and Google Play policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Daylo, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the tasks, lists, reminders and journal entries you create. In the current app version, this content is stored locally on your device unless a future sync feature is enabled.

5. Ads and purchases

Daylo may show ads. A one-time in-app purchase may remove ads when available. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play terms and refund policies.

6. Third-party services

Daylo uses third-party services including Supabase and Google. Features powered by those services are also subject to their terms and privacy policies.

7. Reminders and calendar features

Reminder delivery depends on your device, operating system settings, permissions and battery restrictions. Calendar sync requires your explicit Google authorization and may be disabled at any time.

8. Disclaimer

Daylo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, missed reminders, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of Daylo.

10. Termination

You may stop using Daylo at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [your city], India, unless your local law requires otherwise.
